How to Check and Clear Counters for Kyocera Job Accounting

1. At the Device Operation Panel press the Device Information button.

 

2. The IP Address will be displayed on Operation Panel.

 

3. Open a web browser and type in the IP address in the address bar and hit Enter.

 

4. Click Login and enter Admin in both the Username and Password fields.

 

5. Click on Management Settings and Job Accounting. To edit an account click on the Account Name or Account ID. To see the counter for a specific Account click the Counter button across from the Accounts Name.

 

6. To reset any Accounts  Copy/Printer back to zero scroll down and click Reset.

 

7.  Hover over Admin and choose Logout when done.
